Kooba Lambskin Leather Molly Tote

No matter how careful you are, your Kooba Molly Tote bag is going to have a strap problem. The straps are improperly sewn into the center layer of the lining instead of being sewn into the doubled layer of leather. Be careful, save your receipt. This can be repaired by a cobbler, but I have yet to see one after six months still intact!

Marc by Marc Jacobs - Dr. Q Hillier Needs the Doctor

Beautiful as it may be, the Marc by Marc Jacobs Dr. Q Hillier convertible hand carry to shoulder hobo has a problem that can be avoided with a little care. The screws on the O ring hardware come out. Take a peek every once and a while and tighten those screws. Well worth the effort to keep this beautiful bag in functioning condition.

Cole Haan Aerin Patent Leather Belted Handbag - Premature leather wear

Botkier Lambskin Rose Framed or Nightfall Satchels - Broken Chains

These beautiful lambskin leather bags hold up well and without a doubt, are eye-catching and functional handbags. You should get years of wear out of these uniquely designed bags.

Caveat: Take care with the braided rolled leather and mesh chain straps. The decorative chains have a tendency to break and become unbraided.

Care & Cleaning: Lambskin is delicate. In most cases you may wish to have it professionally cleaned and treated. If the bag gets wet allow it to air dry naturally. Be careful with your clothing, especially light colored clothing. Color transfer can occur. Store in a cool, dry place in a protective cloth bag away from sunlight. (leather needs to breath)

Premature Fabric Wear on Coach Carly

These are great looking, roomy and functional bags that have potential to become one of Coach's classics in their signature line. A terrific everyday bag!

Caveat: Watch the top edges and bottom corners of your Coach Carly Handbags ladies. After only a couple of months, some are showing premature wear in the form of fraying. Save your receipts!

Care: Try to protect the top of the bag from excessive rubbing when carrying on the shoulder.

Cleaning: Coach recommends Coach Fabric Cleaner. I've cleaned my khaki color or other darker signature jacquard bags with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Try not to soak the fabric while cleaning. Doing so may cause rings on lighter khaki colors. For more stubborn stains or ink, blot lightly with 90% alcohol. Let air dry completely before wearing.
